Treating in the Greater Victoria area since 2022, I have practiced in multidisciplinary clinics working with the general public from all walks of life and experience with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. My focus is in wellness and rehabilitation using a holistic, science-backed and collaborative approach to massage. I take time to get to know you, your lifestyle, values and previous experiences to come up with a treatment plan to help you reach your goals. I incorporate relaxation and targeted techniques to transition from the busy outside world to the treatment space where you can focus on yourself and your healing.
